Payment Terms
- Full payment must be made at the time of order placement for online payments
- For Cash on Delivery (COD), payment is due upon receipt of goods
- All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways
- We do not store your complete payment card information

- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery
- You must provide accurate delivery information; we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses
- Delivery charges may apply based on location and order value
- We reserve the right to modify delivery zones and timings
5. Product Quality & Returns
We are committed to providing fresh, high-quality products. However:
- All products are perishable and must be stored properly upon receipt
- Returns and refunds are subject to our Return Policy (available separately)
- Claims must be made within 2 hours of delivery
- Photographic evidence may be required for quality-related claims

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
